WORK

I seek to work and to not be a burden on others... to provide for my family and to provide for others in need and in obedience to the LORD. I am a decorated war veteran with 16 disabilities incurred during my service and time in Iraq. By God's grace, my body is still strong enough to work, but I try not to push myself too hard, so I only work five hours a day and only four days a week, so I have three days to rest my body. 20 hours a week is not much to provide for your family, but God has blessed me with 80% disability/retirement from the U.S. Army, and that, at least, covers the bills... usually.

I've been a handyman, by GOD'S grace, supporting my family for going on three years. I have skills and management experience in many, many fields. I don't know everything. I'm not good at everything. But I can GET good at things rapidly, even adjusting perspective and technique as I go, doing something for the first time. I'm creative, imaginative, and a VERY outside the box thinker. I have talents in pattern recognition, vision (seeing what could be), and problem solving. I truly care about my customers, their home, their family, and success, and always working (as for THE LORD) with their best interest in mind. You could call it "loyal," but it just a by-product of my being loyal to GOD. HE desires that my measurements and weights would always be true and accurate, never taking advantage of someone for my own benefit.
